Golden Retrievers

The dog that is a golden retriever is my dog. Can you determine which dog is both a golden retriever and my dog?

The Golden Retriever is a breed of dog. They are easy to train and learn quickly. In addition to their trademark golden coats, these dogs can appear in many different colors, including a very dark brown color. They are bred and trained to retrieve things from water, as seen in the picture above. From experience with my golden named Francis, they retrieve tennis balls, stuffed animals, and meat from water. Golden Retrievers tend to be friendly and loyal to their owners and strangers alike. As they age, they don't need to be groomed as much. They tend to shed most in late spring and early summer due to the heat. Since they are shy and trusting, they are very poor guard dogs. Golden Retrievers are very protective of any young animal. They protect tiger cubs and kittens as well as their own puppies. Their average lifespan is 11 years old, but they can live longer. Former President Gerald Ford's dog was a Golden Retriever. Training these dogs is easy because of their intelligence. When trained, they never misbehave or have accidents in the house. From personal experience, they give you their paw when you say "paw" or "shake". They also sit when you say "sit". When they need to use the restroom, they bark by the door until they are let outside. British Golden Retrievers are lankier than American Golden Retrievers. Canadian Golden Retrievers have much thicker coats than American Golden Retrievers. They are very aggressive and they typically hate Jack Russell pups. A male typically stands 30 inches at full growth. Golden Retrievers' most common cause of death is hip dysplasia.
